Project Execution

Once the client is satisfied with the project plan,its all systems go!. We strive to maintain an open communication with our client during the implementation of our Control System Architectures. Progress is continuously monitored and appropriate adjustments are made and recorded as variances from the original plan.

During project implementation and throughout the project execution our client is always kept informed of project status according to the agreed upon frequency. Each project deliverable produced is be reviewed for quality and measured against the acceptance criteria. Once all of the deliverables have been produced and the customer has accepted the final solution, the project is ready to be handed over to the client.

Project Commissioning

During the commissioning phase, we will guide and provide step by step procedures on how to startup and maintain the system architecture, how to do troubleshooting and also to provide well documented training manuals for future use by the opeations team.
